Above prices are for service after 5:00 am and before 10:00 pm in
the Kankakee area. All other areas may be subject to an “Extra
Mileage” fee. Sedan prices do not include a gratuity. Average
gratuity is 18% to 20%.

There is a 3 hour minimum on all hourly runs.
20% gratuity will be automatically added.
Reliable Limo supplies the Limo Bus and all Stretch Limos with soda and
bottled water.
Customers may supply Limo Bus and Stretch Limos with alcohol if everyone in
the car is 21 or over.
All Reliable Limo vehicles are non-smoking.
A deposit of $200 for the Limo Bus and $150 for the Stretch Limos will be
required to reserve a vehicle.
All deposits are non refundable.

When you arrive at the airport, pick up your luggage. Look to see what door you are standing by. When you know what door you are at and you have your entire party and luggage, call 815-935-5856 or Toll Free 800-708-7100.
Once you tell the operator what door you are at, walk outside to the sections listed above. Depending on how busy the airport is at that time, it will take just a few minutes for the driver to come around to pick you up. The limos will be coming from the left and our vehicles have a “Reliable Limo” sign in the windshield.
Airport Delays
- If your flight is delayed, due to weather, traffic control, mechanical problems, or if there is any change in your scheduled arrival, please contact us as soon as you know. It is your responsibility to let us know of any delays. If you do not let us know, there will be additional charges added.
- Drivers are instructed to wait for 1 hour after the flight has landed and that first hour of waiting is free to you. After the first hour, every hour of waiting is charged at $20.00 per hour or portion of an hour.
- If you are delayed and you arrive after 10:00 pm, there will be a $20.00 late night fee.
- If you choose to change or cancel your flight on the day of your scheduled trip (you must give at least 24 hours notice), there will be a $20.00 same day change fee. Please be sure to make changes and cancellations in a timely manner. If you wait too long and the driver has already begun the driving for your reservation, there may be more charges.
- Any no shows will be charged full price.
